Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The item is returned without original packaging or tags.

Return & Replacement Process

  1. Initiation: Contact us at hello@farishtanow.com with your order details and a description/photo of the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item).
  2. Approval: Our support team will review your request. Upon approval, you’ll receive further instructions, including return shipping details.
  3. Shipping: You may be provided a prepaid shipping label. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified courier center.
  4. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  5. Replacements: If you opt for a replacement, it will be shipped within 4 business days of receiving your returned product.
